BuildingBlok
BuildingBlok is construction management software for subcontractors, general contractors, and owners, with workflows for field operations, office administration, and project costs. It runs on Android, iOS, and the web. The Field bundle includes daily reports, punch-lists, and timesheets. Office adds ASIs, bidding, memos, RFIs, submittals, and To-Do tools. Enterprise adds change orders, invoices, owner invoices, and payment applications. Plans include unlimited users and projects for a flat fee, with monthly or annual billing and the option to upgrade or downgrade at any time. BuildingBlok supports CSV import and export; additional integrations, including payroll, are in development. Data can be exported from individual tools or by request. The company says it uses SSL/TLS, AES encryption of 128-bit or higher, and AWS storage with multiple backups. Support is offered by email or chat Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm EST.
