BuildingLink is a cloud-based community and property management platform for condos, co-ops, HOAs, multifamily properties and commercial buildings. It brings building operations, resident communication and community management into an online portal, available on the web and through mobile apps for residents and staff on iOS and Android. Residents can receive package alerts, submit maintenance requests, reserve amenities, communicate and find community information. Maintenance tools cover service requests, work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, scheduling, equipment records and vendor management. BuildingLink offers integrations with three dozen partners, including access-system providers Brivo, SALTO KS, TLJ and ButterflyMX.
