RentalWise combines property management, channel management, direct-booking tools, messaging, and automations for vacation rentals. Its management system handles property content, calendars, rates, bookings, and payments. API integrations synchronize listings and reservations across more than 75 channels. Users can create branded websites, direct-booking pages, check-in pages, and payment pages. A unified inbox combines Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct-site messages. Scheduled emails, dynamic templates, and automated guest journeys support communication. The Android and iOS app lets users update calendars, reply to guests, create quotes, request payments, and manage guest needs. Check-in pages can collect names and identity documents and provide online rental agreements. Named integrations include PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, Breezeway, Turno, Guest Admin, Chekin, and Truvi.
