In their own words
Buildlr
Buildlr brings construction CRM, estimating, project management, invoicing and a customer portal together in one platform. Its preconstruction tools cover lead and client management, scope-based estimates, quotes with online approval and requests for subcontractor pricing. For active projects, teams can use an interactive Gantt schedule, project files, change orders and client approvals. Workforce tools include GPS check-in, task-level time tracking, live crew locations and time-off requests. Financial features cover invoicing and accounts receivable tracking, with dashboards for revenue, margins and KPIs. Cortex uses workspace context for task suggestions, daily briefings, automated updates and assisted actions. Buildlr describes the service as offline-first and says it works offline on any device. Customers can choose to connect Fortnox or QuickBooks for accounting. The company says it processes personal data under the EU and UK GDPR, hosts service data in Germany and keeps backups in the EU. It lists TLS encryption in transit, API-level workspace isolation, adaptive password hashing and encryption of integration credentials at rest. The Value-based plan has no subscription or per-user charge: it bills 0.35% of each invoice sent through Buildlr, weekly. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan.
