Overview

eesy’s CRM brings clients, listings, deals, tasks and calendar activity together, with configurable sales stages and buyer-to-listing matching. Lead import, routing, automated follow-up, email marketing and an included website extend it beyond contact management. That breadth could reduce the need to join up separate tools, but it also makes the paid entry price difficult to justify for an agency that needs only a basic contact database.

The client portal is a meaningful part of the offer: clients can follow an eight-milestone timeline, chat in real time, access documents and a sale summary, review visit history and sign digitally. Agencies that want client communication alongside internal deal management have a stronger reason to consider eesy than firms content with updates by email.

Key features

CRM and AI

Configurable stages let an agency adapt its pipeline, while lead routing and automated follow-up support the handling of incoming prospects. The maker describes 14 AI modules, including deal scoring, churn prediction, email drafting, virtual staging, photo enhancement and floor-plan redrawing. Team is the first plan that includes the full AI suite; Starter includes AI property descriptions. The maker says eesy orchestrates GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok, selecting a model for each task.

That range could help agencies with listing preparation and sales workflows, but the full suite is not included at the lowest paid tier. The AI privacy approach strips personally identifiable information before prompts leave a tenant where the task allows, and stores outputs against the original record.

Client service and operations

The portal combines progress, communications, records and signing in a client-facing space. Google Calendar sync is included from Starter, and Stripe integration is part of the platform overview. The maker says the platform supports 24 languages and describes the CRM as translated into all 24 official EU languages. It also says all plans include GDPR compliance and SSL encryption; its CRM description cites EU data hosting, row-level company isolation and audit trails.

Migration assistance is included, with onboarding described as taking 10–15 days. That may help agencies moving established records into the platform, though the invitation-only access means prospective customers cannot simply begin a subscription immediately.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	Free	One agent, 50 contacts, core CRM, basic pipeline and email support.
Starter	295.00 EUR per month	Unlimited contacts, full CRM and pipeline, email, SMS and notes, AI property descriptions, client portal and Google Calendar sync.
Team	395.00 EUR per month	Everything in Starter, plus VoIP softphone, full AI suite, BI dashboard, virtual staging and photos, and floorplan conversion.
Business	495.00 EUR per month	Everything in Team, plus AI caller, call routing and queues, white-label portal, agent public profiles and custom onboarding.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Everything in Business, plus SSO and SAML, custom integrations, SLA and uptime guarantee, dedicated infrastructure and volume licensing.

Prices are billed monthly. Free is a constrained way for one agent to try the core CRM, but its 50-contact cap makes it a poor fit for a working agency database. Starter removes that cap and adds the portal and communications, yet costs €295.00 per month; teams needing the full AI suite, analytics or visual property tools must move to Team at €395.00 per month. Business adds calling, white-labeling and custom onboarding for €495.00 per month, so it is best suited to agencies that will use those capabilities. Enterprise is for larger organisations needing dedicated infrastructure or contractual service terms, with custom pricing.

The pricing note also offers a 14-day trial. Even with that trial and a free option, the paid commitment is substantial for solo agents, and access is currently invitation-only through an access request.

Platforms

eesy runs on the web. Agencies looking for a native mobile app should account for that platform scope before choosing it.

Who it's for

The plan range is aimed at solo agents, teams of 2–10, agencies scaling beyond 10 and large organisations. Free is the natural starting point for an individual who can work within 50 contacts. Starter is more suited to a team needing an uncapped contact base and client portal; Team and Business make more sense when the agency will use their additional AI, analytics, calling or white-label features. An agent seeking only a simple CRM, or a small firm unwilling to commit several hundred euros monthly, is unlikely to get enough from the broader platform to justify the price.

Pros and cons

Broad agency workflow: CRM, lead handling, website, email marketing and client portal bring internal and client-facing work under one roof.
Substantial client portal: Timeline, chat, documents, visit log and signing support a more coordinated client journey than a pipeline alone.
Tiered AI capabilities: Starter includes AI descriptions, while Team adds the full suite and visual property tools.
Steep paid entry: Starter costs €295.00 per month, a significant step up from the capped free plan for agents who need more than 50 contacts.
Important features sit above Starter: Full AI, BI and virtual staging require Team, while calling and white-labeling require Business.
Invitation-only access: Interested agencies must request access rather than start using the platform directly.

Alternatives

For a wider comparison, see Real Estate CRM Software. Propwise is a free, freemium option with an organisation workspace, core CRM, lead management and basic pipeline tools across Android, iOS and web; choose it if a free, cross-platform starting point matters more than eesy’s broader agency suite. UplevelRE offers a web platform at 49.00 USD per month for one user and a Marketing Suite at 39.00 USD per month for 1,000 campaign emails monthly; it may suit buyers comparing lower monthly entry points and campaign-email pricing. REALM is a 49.00 USD per seat monthly intelligence layer designed to work over the CRM, portals and inboxes already in use, making it a different fit for firms that want an added layer rather than a replacement workflow. AIRE has Starter, Pro and Ultimate tiers with limits of 3, 10 and 50 listings respectively, so it is worth considering when listing-count tiers better match the operation. LeadPixie has a free plan for teams up to 10 users with no time limit, which may better suit a team prioritising a free entry tier. Sell.Do offers custom quotes based on team size, modules, AI usage and communications, with a five-user minimum; it is an alternative for teams prepared to price around those factors. Realatic has a free tier for 3 users, 100 leads monthly and one project, making it a more bounded free option to compare. Magellan CRM starts at 28.00 USD per month with a four-agent minimum, an alternative for agencies comparing a lower stated per-month price while accommodating that minimum.

Verdict

eesy is best for agencies that want one system for pipeline management, client updates and a substantial set of AI and property workflows. Its strongest reason to choose is the combination of a capable CRM with a detailed client portal; its strongest reason to look elsewhere is the high paid starting price, compounded by invitation-only access and the fact that several headline capabilities require higher tiers. Solo agents and price-sensitive small teams should begin with the free plan or compare more limited alternatives before committing.
