Residents can see and speak with visitors, remotely grant access, create temporary PINs, and use visitor passes. Property staff can manage permissions and review entry records with date- and time-stamped photos retained for 365 days. The platform supports Android, iOS, web, and API access, with integrations including Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, AppFolio, Google Workspace, Yale, Kwikset, SALTO KS, Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet. Its QR Code Intercom offers browser access for visitors and uses encryption, geofencing, session limits, and audit logs.
