OpenText Core Email Message Privacy

OpenText Core Email Message Privacy secures sensitive messages and files while allowing senders to control access throughout a message’s lifecycle. Through Outlook or a secure portal, users can send attachments up to 100 GB per message. Digital-rights controls can restrict viewing, replies, forwarding, and expiration, while senders can later adjust or revoke rights. Recipients open secure messages through browser or mobile web links without installing software or a native app. Delivery, opens, downloads, and signatures are tracked in real time for auditability. Messages and files uploaded to the portal are encrypted at rest with AES 256. The service supports legally binding electronic signatures, Outlook and Single Sign-On integrations, and corporate branding. It is delivered as SaaS without additional infrastructure and works with hosted, on-premises, and hybrid email systems. OpenText describes it for managed service providers protecting small and medium-sized businesses. Pricing is on request; there is no free plan, and only professional users consume licenses while guest recipients are free.
