In their own words

C-Ment Dispatch

C-Ment Dispatch is dispatch software for small ready-mix concrete producers, with a web app for office teams and mobile apps for truck drivers. Teams can schedule jobs and assign drivers, while field job status updates arrive in real time. The driver app also works offline at job sites. Inventory tracking covers cement, sand, gravel, and other aggregates, with current stock levels and low-stock alerts. Basic includes batch records with mix design management and truck maintenance tracking with task scheduling. It is described for single-location ready-mix companies, and the target producers are described as running 1–15 trucks. Basic costs $399 a month and includes unlimited customers, jobs, drivers, and trucks, plus email support with a response within one business day. A 30-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. GPS truck tracking, invoicing, and reporting dashboards are not currently included. Custom integrations such as QuickBooks and ERP systems are listed as Premium features marked coming soon. The mobile platforms are Android and iOS.

Planning Ops

Planning Ops is an operations app for concrete subcontractors, combining pour scheduling, crew planning, project schedules, and daily reports. Place & Finish provides a drag-and-drop pour board with live project weather, conflict alerts, automatic quantity totals, and one-click notifications. Manpower includes a 52-week crew board, timeline and job views, roster and PTO tracking, projections, time and certification tracking, and payroll export presets for ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, Gusto, Paylocity, Sage, Vista, and Foundation, plus Excel and Universal CSV. Daily Reports creates signed, numbered field reports with safety details, delays, and photos; submitted hours go to time tracking. Users can confirm, reschedule, or cancel pours and notify project, crew, ready-mix, pump, and subcontractor contacts. The platform costs $149 a month, billed monthly or annually, with three working seats included and extra seats at $20/mo. It has an iPhone and iPad app requiring iOS 15.0 or later. There is no Android app, though the workspace can be accessed in a browser on Android and desktop. Customer data is isolated using Postgres row-level security.
