In their own words

c-SPOT

c-SPOT is a free, open-source service-planning application for small churches. It organizes Sunday and midweek services and other events, including orders of service, staff, resources, songs, and event details. Song materials can include lyrics, scores, and guitar chords, with OnSong format for musicians. Songs and other items can be shown as slides, including offline from a local cache; presentations can be controlled by a casting device such as Chromecast or a synced smartphone. Role-based permissions govern changes and access to some information, and users can communicate by email or internal messages. The project tracks song use for CCLI reporting and links to SongSelect. It runs on the web and listed desktop and mobile platforms, or can be hosted on a user's own web host. Self-hosting calls for console access, Composer, Git, a database, and configured mail-server connectivity. The responsive web interface requires an up-to-date browser and JavaScript. Synchronized lyrics, chords, or sheet music across devices work only on Apache servers.

OnStage

OnStage is a service-planning platform for churches, bringing event preparation, people, songs and team communication into one place. Teams can set up events and rehearsals, create setlists, assign people to positions and reuse event templates. Its song library handles chords, lyrics and song structures, with PDF import, annotations, key changes and capo settings. Team and event chats support messages, attachments, polls, replies and read receipts. Events, rehearsals and blockouts can sync to Google Calendar; that sync is available on iPhone, iPad and Android. The app also supports offline access during rehearsals and services, and runs on Android, iOS, macOS and web. Starter is free, does not expire and does not require card details, but is limited to five members, 200MB of storage and five events per month. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, with member sizes from 20 to 1,000 and different storage and event limits. The listed 20-member plan costs $10 a month; yearly billing is available at 15% off.
