Society billing can use flat area, parking, tenant charges, recurring cycles, or metered gas and water readings. Accounting tools include ledgers, bank and cash books, journals, debit and credit notes, and bank reconciliation. Member records can cover membership types, shares, parking, tenant documents, powers of attorney, caretakers, loans and liens. Administration tools cover committee roles, fixed assets, document uploads, facility bookings and service provider details. Users can send member broadcasts, circulars, reminders, complaints and requests through email and SMS. Reports include trial balances, balance sheets, income and expenditure, receipts and payments, and outstanding balances by member or wing. Cloud-stored data is accessible online from a computer or mobile device; the mobile application is described as being for members. The service is provided by Four Rays Management Pvt.
