C3 is ATG’s proprietary enterprise management software for tracking community operations. It is presented for community management companies and self-managed associations, with Android and web access and mobile apps. Financial functions include financial management, accounts receivable and payable, budgeting, reporting, and delinquency processing. Operational tools cover association management, work orders, maintenance, architectural management, and covenant tracking. The system supports online dues collection, maintenance requests, and association accounting. ATG describes a cloud offering intended to scale with a company and provide data access 24/7. TownSq integrates with ATG for resident engagement, payments, amenity reservations, maintenance requests, association documents, and task updates. Other integrations cover invoice processing, mailing, check printing, and banking automation. ATG offers standard or custom implementation, account reconciliation, web-based training, optional onsite training, and phone and email support. Pricing is paid and available on request.

GProps System is a condominium and property management platform for residents, management teams and security guards, with Android, iOS and web access listed. Residents can pay bills, invite visitors, submit complaints and book facilities. Accounting tools handle invoicing, account-book updates, bank reconciliation and financial reporting; assessment billing, owner ledgers, vendor payments and financial statements are also listed. The guard app includes visitor management, emergency alarms, patrols, maintenance or incident reports, and intercom. Hardware integrations include QR scanners, license-plate recognition, RFID, access cards and face-recognition systems. Gprop names EntryPass, Dahua and ZKTeco for access control, and Maybank Berhad and Payex as payment partnerships. Online payments connect directly to a banking gateway stated to comply with PCI-DSS. Gprop says data is stored on a dedicated server in a PCI DSS environment and personal data is protected under the Personal Data Act. Management can cancel records but cannot delete them for audit purposes. The free subscription includes community, property management and accounting, visitor management and Maybank Payment Gateway; a one-time setup fee is stated, but its amount is not. Data setup, accounting migration and training are stated to require one month.
