Cal Autobot
Cal Autobot is an email-based scheduling service for arranging meetings from existing conversations. CC it on an email thread and it can read the exchange, propose times, follow up, and send reminders. It monitors multiple calendars for conflicts and lets users choose a source of truth. A branded public booking page syncs with email bookings, while event details from emails, pictures, and itineraries can be turned into Google Calendar events. Its free Gmail Chrome extension tracks email opens and adds availability or a booking link with one click. Cal lists Google Calendar and says AI agents can fit into existing Calendly or Cal.com workflows. The service is available as a web product and extension, but Cal says it is winding down and is no longer accepting new customers; existing customers may continue while it remains available. The Free plan is free. Power Users is $12 a month, billed at $12 per user per month; listed custom AI features are marked “Coming soon.” Enterprise is priced on request, billed at $10k+.
Clara
Clara is a web-based AI scheduling assistant that manages meeting arrangements through email. It reads email threads, proposes times, handles replies, and confirms meetings; if invitees do not respond, it follows up in the thread. For rescheduling, it finds another time, cancels the original invite, and sends an updated one. It also coordinates group meetings, tracks participant responses, and supports calls across time zones. Users can set scheduling windows, buffer times, meeting types, priority contacts, and communication preferences. Clara works natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange; its homepage also displays Zoom and Teams among associated tools. The maker says no human reads scheduling emails and that customer data is not used to train its models. Its privacy policy names OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google as AI providers that may receive email and calendar content to generate responses. The Free plan is free for 14 days and five meetings. Standard is $80 a month for 30 meetings; the free-plan limit stops further scheduling until upgrade.
