In their own words
Cal Autobot
Cal Autobot is an email-based scheduling service for arranging meetings from existing conversations. CC it on an email thread and it can read the exchange, propose times, follow up, and send reminders. It monitors multiple calendars for conflicts and lets users choose a source of truth. A branded public booking page syncs with email bookings, while event details from emails, pictures, and itineraries can be turned into Google Calendar events. Its free Gmail Chrome extension tracks email opens and adds availability or a booking link with one click. Cal lists Google Calendar and says AI agents can fit into existing Calendly or Cal.com workflows. The service is available as a web product and extension, but Cal says it is winding down and is no longer accepting new customers; existing customers may continue while it remains available. The Free plan is free. Power Users is $12 a month, billed at $12 per user per month; listed custom AI features are marked “Coming soon.” Enterprise is priced on request, billed at $10k+.
DailyBot
DailyBot is an async coordination platform built around team check-ins in chat, with AI agents and workflows for moving work along. It supports automated standups, retrospectives, and team updates. Its AI summarizes standup reports, identifies blockers, and draws insights from team responses; no-code workflows can act on check-in responses, schedules, or team events. Kudos, mood tracking, and recognition tools cover team culture. DailyBot works natively with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and Discord, and lists connectors including GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, ClickUp, Shortcut, Linear, Google Calendar, Integrately, and Zapier. The free Starter plan gives one workspace per organization, unlimited members, up to 50 compiled check-in reports each month, and 14 days of history. Essentials costs $2.40 per active user per month and provides six months of history; Advanced is $5 per active user per month with unlimited history, AI-generated reports, a public API, AI workflows, CLI, and an agent skill pack. DailyBot says it does not store conversations and processes only events where it is directly involved. It launched in 2017.
