Calendall
Calendall is appointment scheduling software for salons and studios in beauty and wellness. Its calendar offers day, week, and month views, recurring appointments, drag-and-drop management, and templates. Client records can contain digital profiles, appointment histories, notes, and custom fields, and data can be imported. Clients can book around the clock through a business website, Google Business profile, or social media, with appointments added to the calendar. Online booking is included in the Booking plan but unavailable in Basic. Calendall sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices by email and SMS; SMS is billed separately. The pricing page lists SMS rates of $0.03 in the United States, $0.04 in Canada, $0.07 in the United Kingdom, and $0.06 in Australia, while the FAQ states $0.12 per message. Calendall works as an installable web app on smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and desktop devices. Plans start at $19/mo, and a 14-day trial is available. Annual plans are 15% off.
