In their own words
Calerity
Calerity is web-based automated scheduling software for academic medicine programs, physician groups and other medical training programs with complex, connected assignments. Its proprietary AI engine applies each organization’s rules and requirements to generate schedules, while users can adjust results and check conflicts. The service supports rotation scheduling, call scheduling and coverage rules, and can collect time-off requests while distributing rotations, vacations and less popular assignments more evenly. Custom reports and visualizations help with staffing plans. Calerity describes a full-service process: scheduling specialists configure the system, programs share current schedules, teams review drafts, make adjustments and publish final schedules. Additional support includes X+Y scheduling, curriculum targets, unplanned absences and complement changes. Pricing is paid and available on request; the academic medicine page directs programs to request a consultation. Plum Flower Software is credited as developer.
