In their own words
Callingly
Callingly calls and texts new leads, then connects them automatically to sales agents. Its AI agents can contact new leads, answer inbound calls, qualify prospects in conversation, and warm-transfer calls to a human representative. Routing can take account of agent schedules, territories, and areas of expertise. The service can record calls, create searchable transcriptions, and produce AI-written summaries; voicemail drops and local presence are also listed. Native integrations include HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, Pipedrive, and Zapier, and Callingly says it supports 1,000+ integrations. Webhooks, a REST API, and an MCP server connect it with other software and AI assistants. Apps are listed for Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and web. Users can call from anywhere using desktop or mobile apps, while calls to leads are supported in 25 countries. Plans start at $100 per month, and all plans include a 14-day free trial without a credit card. Monthly usage credit does not roll over, and phone numbers and add-ons are billed separately.
DialerJazz
DialerJazz is an open-source power dialer for outbound sales calls, with web, self-hosted, and API access. It offers swipe-based dialing, automated sequential dialing, and manual calling. Its lead tools track leads, companies, and contacts, accept CSV imports, and support a disposition workflow. Users can create campaigns, assign leads, track progress, and filter by status; the dashboard shows real-time statistics, a campaign overview table, and quick actions. Calling uses WebRTC and can connect to Telnyx, Twilio, or a custom WebRTC provider. The documented setup requires an InsForge project for Postgres, authentication, and storage, plus a Telnyx account for WebRTC calls. DialerJazz is Docker-ready and documents deployment to Docker or any cloud provider. Its REST API covers campaigns, leads, call logs, settings, and Telnyx tokens, with offset pagination for list endpoints. The project is MIT-licensed and lists rate limiting, Zod validation, and centralized error handling. The free plan costs nothing. Setup requires Node.js 22+, and only the latest main branch receives security updates.
