In their own words
Callmaker
Callmaker is a cloud contact centre platform for outbound sales, inbound calls, meeting booking and e-signing. Its dialer offers predictive and preview modes, and the maker says there are no line restrictions. A predictive campaign can use one salesperson, although Callmaker usually recommends two or three. Managers can listen to and record calls, search them by outcome, duration or rating, and review AI transcripts and summaries. Inbound tools include call blending, forwarding, personal numbers, missed-call visibility and skill-based routing. Autopilot automates repetitive tasks and can create multi-step processes. Users can book online or in-person meetings, track attendee status and sync calendars; customers can accept in writing by SMS without a smartphone. Callmaker supports web, macOS, Windows and API access. A free pilot is listed. Standard annual pricing is €69.00 per year per licence, with prices from three licences; Standard monthly is €99.00 per month per licence, also from three licences. A free trial is available.
DialerJazz
DialerJazz is an open-source power dialer for outbound sales calls, with web, self-hosted, and API access. It offers swipe-based dialing, automated sequential dialing, and manual calling. Its lead tools track leads, companies, and contacts, accept CSV imports, and support a disposition workflow. Users can create campaigns, assign leads, track progress, and filter by status; the dashboard shows real-time statistics, a campaign overview table, and quick actions. Calling uses WebRTC and can connect to Telnyx, Twilio, or a custom WebRTC provider. The documented setup requires an InsForge project for Postgres, authentication, and storage, plus a Telnyx account for WebRTC calls. DialerJazz is Docker-ready and documents deployment to Docker or any cloud provider. Its REST API covers campaigns, leads, call logs, settings, and Telnyx tokens, with offset pagination for list endpoints. The project is MIT-licensed and lists rate limiting, Zod validation, and centralized error handling. The free plan costs nothing. Setup requires Node.js 22+, and only the latest main branch receives security updates.
