Neighbor Solutions

Neighbor Solutions is a CRM and case-management platform for nonprofits and social-service organizations. It manages neighbor profiles, household records, case notes, alerts, document uploads, electronic signatures, and incident reports. Program tools track goals, milestones, assessments, outcomes, multiple-program enrollment, and conditional intake forms. Street outreach features record field interactions with locations, map activity, track encampments, and show a neighbor’s history at each location. Shelter management includes live bed availability, reservations, waitlists, household check-ins, and occupancy analytics. A resource directory provides availability information, referral tracking between organizations, and consent-based sharing. Teams can build reports and dashboards, automate workflows, and use AI for history summaries, case-note tag suggestions, and URL or PDF imports. Data can be exchanged through HUD-compliant HMIS exports, CSV, Excel, HSDS, and read-only report access. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. Pricing starts at $100 a month, with a 14-day trial and no free plan.
