Capium Company Secretarial
Capium Company Secretarial is web software for accounting firms managing company secretarial compliance. It supports company formations, confirmation statements, PSC calculations, filing and document production, with pre-populated Companies House forms available for download or electronic filing. The PSC calculator covers individuals, joint shareholders, trusts and foreign firms. A client portal lets clients review company information and approve or submit changes before confirmation statements are due. Users can bulk-file selected forms across companies, while Quicksteps combine transactions, appointments, resignations and dividend distributions into client-ready document folders. Companies House dates and deadlines synchronize with reminders and filing notifications. The product provides unlimited users with permissions from full access to view-only, plus pre-populated minutes for many company actions and meetings. Pricing starts at £20 a month with a 7-day trial; there is no free plan. Plans include limits up to 500 clients, and the listed entity limit is 100.
