In their own words
CAPLINK CRM
CAPLINK CRM is an investor relationship and fundraising pipeline tool for startup founders. It tracks investors through ordered fundraising stages and reports on stage counts, inactive conversations, and round momentum. Investor records can hold contact details, notes, meeting outcomes, deadlines, to-dos, and communication history. Outreach can draw on pipeline contacts or saved investor lists, with templates and personalization fields; sent messages are logged against contacts. The CRM also lists AI-personalized mass outreach and real-time messaging with read receipts and profile-linked message history. Organization members share pipeline data and interactions, and appointed advisors can view the pipeline. CAPLINK connects the CRM with investor research, pitch deck sharing, a permissioned data room and Q&A, investor relations, and cap table tools. Data room files can be connected from Google Drive or Dropbox, or uploaded directly. It runs on the web. The Free Founder plan is free; Pro Founder costs €99 a month or €999 a year. Platform users must be business entities, not consumers.
