CareCloud RCM

Its workflow spans registration and eligibility checks, charge capture, coding, claim submission, denial appeals, payment posting, accounts-receivable follow-up, patient collections, and analytics. CareCloud describes the service as AI-powered, with automated workflows and tools that flag billing errors and coding discrepancies before claims are submitted. It also automates appeal filing and payer authorization work to reduce manual follow-up. CareCloud says the service estimates claim payment amounts and timelines, while analytics provide visibility into accounts-receivable days, net collection rate, and first-pass resolution rate. RCM can exchange financial and clinical data with existing EHR and practice management systems without requiring their replacement. CareCloud says the service can serve solo practices through large multispecialty groups. The RCM page does not display a price and directs prospective customers to contact sales. The company offers complimentary RCM evaluations and a personalized demo; it lists support at [email protected] and 877-342-7517.
