In their own words
Careerflow
Careerflow is a career-readiness platform for job seekers, offered as a web app and Chrome extension. Its Job Tracker saves roles and organizes application status, reminders, notes, tasks, contacts, and search analytics; the tracker is free with no limit on tracked jobs. An AI resume builder creates ATS-friendly resumes and adds job-specific keywords. The LinkedIn Optimizer analyzes profile sections and provides recommendations through the extension. Users can save jobs from LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google Jobs, company career pages, and other sites. Listed autofill support includes Greenhouse, Lever, Uber career forms, Workable, Okta, and Rippling. Premium Plus adds AI mock interviews and interview analysis. Careerflow does not provide job listings, so users find roles elsewhere. Basic costs nothing, Premium costs $8.99 a month, and Premium Plus costs $19.99 a month. The extension is currently available only on Google Chrome. Careerflow was founded in 2022 and says it works with bootcamps, workforce groups, outplacement providers, university career centers, and career coaches.
HeroApply
HeroApply finds jobs that match a resume, answers screening questions, and submits applications automatically. Its desktop Auto Apply flow works alongside job boards, fills applications from a resume, and tracks them in a dashboard. The iOS and Android apps show matched jobs one at a time, with a right swipe submitting an application and a left swipe skipping it. Users can set job titles and preferences for cloud Autopilot, which runs without a laptop staying open. HeroApply names LinkedIn and Indeed among the job boards it works with. Paid plans include AI resume tailoring and personalized cover letters, and the service says its resumes are real-text PDFs that applicant tracking systems can read. The free plan allows up to five applications daily; paid plans remove the cap and include cloud Autopilot. HeroApply is available on Android, iOS, web, and as a browser extension. Its privacy notice says accounts are invitation-only and the service is in private testing. Pro costs $39.99 a month; Ultra is listed at $79.99 a year, billed every three months.
