In their own words
Cargo
Cargo describes itself as go-to-market infrastructure for coding agents: teams define workflows in a Git repository, and Cargo runs them. Its listed building blocks include agents, context, tools, data models, plays, territories, and apps. Workflows can run on triggers or schedules, retry failed steps, and provide a trace of each run. The TypeScript Cargo CDK supports previewing changes, declarative deployment, and rolling back workspace resources. Cargo lists compatibility with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini CLI, Devin, and Replicas, plus more than 100 integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Apollo.io, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Credits cover enrichment actions, orchestration steps, and storage inserts; 100 orchestration steps or 1,000 storage inserts consume one credit. If credits run out, existing workflows pause until credits are added, though the pricing FAQ says data is not lost. The 100-credit plan costs nothing; paid plans start at $165/mo. Cargo says it maintains a SOC 2 Type II report and does not use Slack data or Customer Content to train foundation models.
InstaChime
InstaChime is a web-based platform for capturing and routing inbound leads, then tracking response and handoff activity. It collects inquiries in real time from ads, forms, automation tools, and webhooks. When an unclaimed lead approaches an SLA risk, the platform can move it to the next configured channel. Teams can track ownership, claim status, response targets, SLA timing, delivery, retries, and escalations. Setup guides cover advertising platforms, website forms, CRM tools, spreadsheets, and automation services. Notifications can go to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, or Telegram, as well as customer-owned SMS, WhatsApp, and voice bridge URLs. An MCP integration uses scoped API tokens for recent leads, analytics, workflow visibility, and controlled test leads. The free plan provides one workspace, two users, and 50 leads per month; paid plans start at $29/mo. Free workspaces require email verification, and limits are applied when a lead is captured, so teams expecting sustained higher volume should upgrade beforehand.
