CaseGen
CaseGen is a web-based AI receptionist and intake platform made for law firms and attorneys. Its agents answer inbound calls around the clock, filter unwanted calls, handle new leads, existing clients and third parties, and route selected high-value leads for live transfer. The system supports intake workflows, prospect follow-up, case-detail collection, appointment booking, and text requests for case photos and documents. For personal-injury matters, Maya tracks medical treatment, and an agent can contact providers about treatment status. Call records include analytics, summaries, real-time transcripts and playback. CaseGen lists integrations with Filevine, Clio, Zapier, Google Sheets, Calendly, LawPay, PracticePanther, Smokeball and MyCase. Firms can forward calls from Vonage, RingCentral or another phone system to an assigned CaseGen number. Pricing is customized to call volume, billed per call month to month, with an implementation fee. CaseGen says it does not provide legal advice or guarantee business outcomes.
