Caselle is a government accounting and utility billing suite aimed at small to medium-sized cities and special service districts. Its listed products span finance, utility billing, payroll and HR, community development, tax and licensing, and a citizen portal. Finance modules include general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipting, and project accounting. Utility Billing manages customer bills and metered services; payroll tracks pay, leave, and benefit amounts and supports W-2, 1099, and retirement reporting. Residents can use the portal to view or pay utility bills, apply for building permits, and access other services. Organizations can deploy Caselle on-premise or use Caselle Hosted, which runs Connect and Connect Online in Caselle Cloud and includes updates, backups, redundancy, and license management.
