Cimmra Expenses manages employee expense claims from receipt submission through reimbursement. Employees can submit receipt photos or PDFs in a browser, where OCR converts them into digital claim lines. The software checks limits by category, employee grade, and location when a claim is entered, and can route exceptions for higher approval. Mileage and per-diem entries are calculated using policy rates. Approved claims are handed off to payroll or accounts payable, while employees can follow claim status through payment.
