Celonis Process Mining Platform helps companies examine end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for improvement. It combines process mining, AI, and process improvement knowledge while layering over existing systems, so organizations can analyze, improve, and monitor processes without replacing those systems. The Celonis Context Model creates a real-time digital twin of operations using process data, business knowledge, and intelligence. It supports root-cause analysis, predictions, recommendations, and scenario simulations. Data Core offers more than 100 prebuilt extractors for on-premises and cloud ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and other sources. The platform also connects with systems of record, data, AI and automation platforms, business apps, and custom apps. Celonis Marketplace offers prepackaged apps and solutions, and its Developer Center documents Process Intelligence APIs. The cloud platform supports web, Windows, and API access, with conformance checking, process monitoring, scheduled data refresh, task clustering, and automation opportunity identification. A free plan is listed; paid pricing is available on request and depends on the nature and scale of process mining needs.
