In their own words
Cemantica
Cemantica is customer experience software for managing work from strategy through execution. Its Journey Value Management Platform brings journey design, orchestration, insights, feedback collection and value measurement into one system. Journey analytics include sentiment analysis, alerts, triggers and ROI measurement. Alex AI can use data to create journey maps, personas and improvement opportunities; Alex AI Pro can answer questions and suggest next steps. The platform lists more than 70 connectors, including Qualtrics, Medallia, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SurveyMonkey, Power BI, Snowflake and Jira. Data can also enter through the API and web services or Excel and CSV imports. Journey maps can be exported as PDF, image or Excel files. Cemantica describes the product as cloud-based SaaS: trial and Starter use shared instances, while higher packages use private cloud instances. It states that it is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certified. The Enterprise free trial costs nothing for 21 days, has a five-user limit and requires no credit card.
ThriveSparrow Rewards Marketplace
ThriveSparrow Rewards Marketplace helps companies manage employee recognition rewards using automated gift cards tailored by location. Its catalog includes more than 900 gift cards across more than 80 countries. Administrators can define reward criteria for automatic distribution, then set denominations, conversion rates, and total allocations by region. Rewards draw on a wallet: if its balance is too low, a reward remains pending until funds are added, and administrators receive a notification. The product also describes Wallet Recharge and an option to set the exchange rate between Kudos points and real-world currency. Named integrations include Slack and Google Workspace; ThriveSparrow also describes connections with Workspace, HRMS, payroll, and other software for syncing employee data. The marketplace is listed for Android, iOS, and web. A free plan and 14-day trial are listed, and pricing starts at $2/user/mo (annual). The Kudos plan is $2 a month per employee, billed annually, and includes automated rewards, Kudos analytics, custom reward setup, and customizable Kudos cards. ThriveSparrow says stored data is encrypted with AWS AES-256 and data in transit with TLS 1.2.
