CentreBloom
CentreBloom is a web platform for Canadian childcare centres, preschools and early learning programs. It brings enrolment, waitlists, attendance, billing and payments, staff scheduling, Canadian payroll, family communication, learning documentation and compliance records into one system. Enrolment covers inquiries, applications, registrations, child profiles, documents and classroom placements. Staff can record attendance directly or use a kiosk with a code or QR. Payroll handles timesheets, wage and overtime calculations, CPP, EI and tax, vacation pay and pay statements, and helps prepare T4s. It does not file or remit payroll, and Quebec payroll is unsupported. Plans are priced per centre by active-student capacity, with the full platform included. Monthly pricing starts at 69 CAD/mo for up to 15 students; annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. A free trial is available, but there is no free plan. Every plan includes guided onboarding, data import and training for administrators and educators.
CubCare
CubCare combines childcare attendance, billing, family communication, staff scheduling, HR, payroll preparation, and reporting in one platform. It is built for daycares, preschools, before- and after-school programs, early learning centres, and multi-location operators. Centres can record room-level digital check-ins and check-outs, retain time-stamped records, and view live staff-to-child ratios.
