CGI Advantage
CGI Advantage is an ERP for state and local governments that brings finance, human resources, performance budgeting, procurement and collections into one system. Its financial tools provide access to departmental budgets and help manage financial resources. Performance Budgeting supplies real-time information for analysis, funding decisions and performance measurement. Procurement covers solicitation management, contract administration, e-commerce and vendor management, while HR tools support process management and alignment with organizational goals. The wider system includes grant management, restricted-fund tracking, program tracking, case management, compliance tools and audit trails. CGI Advantage Insight provides dashboards, configurable inquiries and reports for statutory reporting needs, alongside operational analytics and invoice-processing automation. Travel and Expense Management includes mobile capabilities for authorizations, advances and expenses. It runs on Android, iOS and the web, with hybrid deployment and optional application hosting.
