In their own words

Chargebee Receivables

Chargebee Receivables is an accounts receivable and collections layer that uses the same Chargebee billing record as quoting, billing, and revenue recognition. It uses contract terms, pricing tiers, usage events, payment history, and subscription state without a separate accounts-receivable sync. The platform scores overdue accounts by risk and age, assigns owners, and orders collection work. It schedules invoice reminders around due dates, escalates overdue cases, and supports email and SMS outreach. AI classifies customer replies and drafts suggested resolutions or next actions. Disputes and promise-to-pay commitments are tracked, with reminders pausing while a case is open or a promise is recorded. Suggestive mode requires collector approval, while autonomous actions can be assigned case by case. Connections include NetSuite, Salesforce, and QuickBooks. Chargebee MCP can expose receivables information to Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude Code. The product is in early access, with demo-based setup and onboarding. Pricing is on request.
