Charity Republic
Charity Republic is web-based volunteer management software for charities and non-profits. Organizations can schedule volunteers, post shifts for sign-up, and track volunteer hours and activities. Profiles can store skills, availability, training, certifications, notes, and attachments. Reports and analytics cover hours, certifications, skills, languages, education, and more; reports can be exported to Excel, and volunteer lists can be uploaded with an Excel template. Coordinators can communicate directly with volunteers and keep conversation histories on web or mobile. Opportunities may stay internal or be shared through social links such as Facebook or a web link. Charities and non-profits can create PREB-Ontario certificates documenting volunteer skills, hours, activities, achievements, training, and supervisor comments. Paid monthly plans start at 25.00 USD for fewer than 250 volunteers; listed tiers rise to 50.00 USD for more than 250 and 75.00 USD for more than 1,000. A free plan and trial are listed.
