In their own words
CharityTracker
CharityTracker is case management software that centralizes client documents and helps organizations record services, outcomes, and reporting. It supports case intake, progress tracking, assessments, and reports for funders. Partner agencies can share client requests, alerts, bulletins, and referrals through a network; a network administrator must approve an agency before access is granted. The maker lists community nonprofits, churches, hospitals and healthcare, human services, social work, domestic violence, disaster recovery, and other community-serving organizations among those it serves. Basic costs $20 per user per month and includes case management, reports, area-wide bulletins, and daily backup. Plus adds barcode scanning, client IDs, digital signature capture, file uploads, requests and referrals, and outcome tracking. Pro adds kiosk or remote intake, SMS broadcasts, appointments and scheduling, customizable assessments, changes-over-time reports, and an API. A 14-day trial is available without a credit card. The maker describes CharityTracker as HIPAA-compliant and says its hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services; each staff member or volunteer needs a unique login. It is available on the web and through an API.

DataCare Platform provides case management, utilization review, and medical workflow automation for workers’ compensation and managed care teams. Its case management product organizes referrals, documentation, reports, appointments, billing, and return-to-work workflows. IDA can classify incoming medical records, extract details, route documents, and create document and clinical summaries. It supports semi-automated and fully automated modes, while low-confidence or exception items go to staff review; its outputs support review preparation rather than replacing clinical judgment. Documents can arrive by fax, email, API, FTP, or scanned PDF. The platform is delivered as SaaS, with web, iOS, Android, and API access listed. DataCare describes role-based access, audit trails, SOC 2 certification, and HIPAA compliance. Pricing is available by contacting sales; no plan price is listed. The maker is headquartered in San Jose, California, United States, and was founded in 2003.
