Humanforce

Humanforce is a workforce platform for frontline, flexible and shift-based organisations, combining workforce management, HR, payroll, talent, benefits and AI analytics. Its scheduling tools account for employee skills, availability, compliance requirements and business demand. Time can be recorded through GPS, biometrics or the employee app, and Humanforce says it interprets more than 120 Modern Awards. The HF Work App gives employees self-service access to rosters, clocking, shift swaps and leave. The platform also supports availability collection, time-off management and open shifts. Humanforce says employee data moves between HR, workforce management and payroll to reduce duplicate entry, and lists more than 100 pre-built connectors. Core includes award interpretation and compliance, templated access levels with SSO and MFA, dashboards, native reporting and a REST API. Pro adds work rules for EB and CBA, custom access levels, audit logs, permissions, AI insights, a full API and third-party integrations. Humanforce was founded in 2002 and says it provides 24/7 support. Pricing is custom for both tiers; no free plan is listed.
