ChatFlow by Novynix automates WhatsApp replies, lead qualification and appointment booking for businesses. Its AI agent answers questions from a business’s knowledge base and can book, reschedule or cancel appointments. A shared inbox brings together WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, SMS and email, with team assignment and routing. No-code rules and chatbot flows can trigger replies, tags, assignments, notifications, webhooks and follow-ups. Listed integrations include HubSpot, Shopify and Salesforce sync, Razorpay payment links, outbound webhooks and a public REST API. ChatFlow connects to an existing WhatsApp Business number through the official WhatsApp Business API. Plans include a free tier and paid options from ₹999/mo; paid plan prices are before 18% GST. A 14-day trial is also offered, while WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta based on volume and category.
