Chattermill connects to 65+ feedback channels, including surveys, reviews, support, social media, and voice calls. Listed integrations include Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Snowflake, and an API. It can also connect customer intelligence to Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible agents. Taguette
Taguette is a free, open-source tool for qualitative research that lets users import documents, mark passages, assign tags, and export coded material. It accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, HTML, EPUB, MOBI, ODT, and RTF files. Users can create tags, apply several tags to selected text, and merge tags. Depending on the export, projects, codebooks, highlights, and highlighted documents can be saved in QDC, CSV, XLSX, DOCX, HTML, or PDF formats. Taguette can be used on Windows or macOS, installed on Linux with pip, or set up as a server using Docker or a native installation. Desktop mode is single-user, while the hosted service and self-hosted servers support project collaboration. The maker says local data stays on the user's machine and project contents can be exported. The hosted service reports daily encrypted backups and says it does not share or sell user data, but its FAQ advises against uploading sensitive records such as patient or student information. Intended fields include anthropology, education, nursing, psychology, sociology, and marketing.
