In their own words
CheckFlow
CheckFlow turns recurring team procedures into assigned, trackable checklists. Its drag-and-drop template designer lets teams arrange headings and tasks, add data controls, assign owners and set due dates. Templates can enforce task order, apply conditional logic, assign tasks automatically, calculate dynamic due dates, send notifications and recur. The Tasks Grid brings checklist and standalone tasks together, with filters, saved views, snoozing and bulk reassignment. Analytics report completion, cycle time and overdue work, with CSV, Excel or PDF exports. Connections include Zapier, which links to over 2,000 apps, plus a REST API, webhooks and an MCP server. CheckFlow says its main users are IT and HR teams at mid-size companies handling onboarding, offboarding and compliance audits. It runs on web and through an API. Business costs $9 a year billed per user/month, equivalent to $108 per user/year, or $10 a month. A 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan. Enterprise requires at least five users.
Clustdoc
Clustdoc is an onboarding platform for processes involving clients, partners, and staff. Its workflow tools include checklists, intake forms, document collection, eSignatures, approvals, task management, and a client portal. An application is one onboarding workflow for a specific user. Clients can access the portal through a browser or internet-enabled mobile device; teams have a desktop admin console and mobile app. Listed industries include financial services, real estate, legal services, staffing and recruitment, accounting and tax, and administration. Connections are available through native integrations, connectors such as Zapier and Make, or the API; the pricing page lists integrations with 1,500+ apps and unlimited API and webhooks among plan capabilities. Security controls include two-factor authentication, password-protected portals, roles and permissions, and audit trails. Clustdoc states that data is encrypted at rest, lists 128-bit SSL/TLS for document transfers and AES 256 document encryption, and says it is GDPR compliant; its About page lists SOC 2 Type II certification. PRO costs $190/month and includes 3 user seats, 50 new applications per month, and 25 GB storage; some eSignatures and reminders have limited usage. A 7-day trial is listed, but there is no free plan.
