VITAY tracks turnaround time, completion rate, and recruiter productivity, with multi-point analytics in PDF reports. It says IP matching and device fingerprinting help flag suspicious references. Its RESTful API covers candidates, references, question sets, and requests, and named direct integrations include Bullhorn, Erecruit, and Salesforce.
