ChefExpenses has no write-up on Specifiction yet; its figures are above.

Cilurzo Foodcost is web-based recipe costing and menu engineering software for restaurants. It calculates each dish’s cost price, food cost percentage and gross margin from ingredients and sub-recipes. When a supplier changes an ingredient price, the software recalculates each affected dish and sub-recipe. A menu price simulator shows the margin effect of a selling price and indicates what price would reach a target food cost percentage; margin alerts flag dishes that fall below a target after purchase prices change. Foodcost links to the venue’s menu in Cilurzo Orders, where assistant orders use the normal menu and cost prices. The maker says venues can be reached through ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants using MCP, included in every plan, including Lite. Assistant requests use the same checks as the booking page, and unconfirmed requests expire after two hours. The product page describes Cilurzo as GDPR compliant and hosted in the EU. Guest languages listed are Dutch, French and English; the WhatsApp assistant is described as supporting Dutch, French, English, German and Spanish. A free plan and 14-day trial are available; paid plans start at €79/mo.
