TROY AssurePay Check is cloud-based check printing software for medium-to-large businesses. Users upload batches, review and approve them, print checks, and export Positive Pay files for their bank. It accepts .xml, .csv, .txt, and flat text imports, and supports one-off, sample, and blank checks. Listed uses include payroll, accounts payable, claim checks, EOBs, direct deposit slips, and wealth management. TROY says the software connects with existing ERP and CRM systems, without naming particular products. Security options include multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, IP restrictions, and role-based account restrictions. The service runs on Microsoft Azure, with regional hosting options in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, and elsewhere. Reports can show every check created in the software; Positive Pay is an add-on. Batches can be accessed and authorized through desktop, tablet, or mobile browsers, though printing requires a Windows-compatible device. Pricing is available on request. TROY says U.S.-based technical support is included with the license or subscription.
