CHRGD
CHRGD automates franchise royalty calculations and collections from sales data in franchisees’ point-of-sale systems. Franchisors can configure royalty and marketing fund rules, including percentages, caps, minimums, deferrals, and grace periods. Collection runs nightly by default, with weekly and monthly schedules also available. A franchisee ledger shows daily sales, royalty calculations, transfer amounts, and transfer status. Active integrations listed include Square, FareHarbor, Stripe Connect, Clover, QuickBooks, and Xero; Lightspeed Retail, Lightspeed Restaurant, Loyverse POS, and Toast are listed as coming soon. Stripe Connect supports ACH and card collection, transfers to franchisor accounts, and platform fee handling. CHRGD describes the product as a progressive web app that works across devices, and its developer portal documents an OAuth 2.0 with PKCE API for live sales, financial, and franchise data. The Free Forever plan has no monthly fees, but a small transaction fee applies to royalty payments processed through the platform. It includes unlimited franchisee locations, POS integrations, automated calculations, and email support.
