Circleback
Circleback is cloud-based software for meeting automation. It can join online meetings as a bot, record locally through desktop or mobile apps, or accept uploaded audio and video. It transcribes in 110 languages, identifies speakers by name, and creates AI notes, summaries, and action items; tasks are automatically captured, assigned, and organized. Users can search the meeting archive, ask Circleback questions, and view or draft emails. Supported meeting services include Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Discord, and RingCentral. Integrations include Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others. Desktop and mobile apps also support in-person meetings, and Apple Watch apps are available. The Free plan costs nothing and allows unlimited meetings, with 30-day history, limited automations, and two teams. Pro costs $15 a month, billed $15/user/month; Business costs $25 a month, billed $25/user/month; Enterprise costs $35 a month, billed $35/user/month with volume pricing. Circleback says it encrypts data in transit and at rest and does not use customer data to train models; HIPAA compliance is included with Enterprise.
Meet2Notes
Meet2Notes records, transcribes, and analyzes conversations on a computer, with desktop capture for microphone or system audio and imports for common media files. It provides real-time transcription, a rule-driven Live AI Assistant for provisional transcript segments, and structured notes containing decisions and action items. Speaker separation, saved voice profiles, and recognition across meeting history support attribution. Questions across past meetings return answers with timestamped sources. Transcription, diarization, summarization, and embedding engines can be selected independently. Plugins, pipeline hooks, signed webhooks, and a local MCP server provide integration options, including connections to Claude Desktop, ChatGPT Desktop, Codex, and compatible clients. Audio, transcripts, embeddings, and local models remain in the workspace by default, with no telemetry by default. Meet2Notes is free, open source under the MIT license, and available on Linux, macOS, Windows, and the web.
