In-Form is a case management system built around client relationships for non-profit organisations. It records client interactions, casework actions, assessments, and progress, serving homelessness and housing organisations as well as services for families, mental health, addiction, employment, refugees, and veterans. Its Housing product covers portfolios, compliance, tenant services, occupancy, rent, repairs, maintenance, assets, and safety checks.
