In their own words
CivicOps
CivicOps is a web workspace for local government that combines public meeting management, social media publishing and archiving, and resident newsletters. Meeting tools handle agenda intake, ordered approvals, versioned packet PDFs, meeting-day motions and votes, public archives, and minutes exported to Word or PDF. Recordings up to 500 MB can be uploaded for background transcription. Meeting AI is optional; an authorized human must review proposed minutes and motions before they enter the official record. Social tools connect official accounts, support image posts, previews, review and approval, and immediate or scheduled publishing. Available networks depend on provider APIs and municipal account configuration. Newsletter tools provide branded templates, consent-aware signup forms, scheduled approved sends, and archives with delivery evidence. Archives and signup forms can be linked or embedded on municipal, WordPress, or existing websites. CivicOps lists municipality-level separation, role-based access, hashed passwords, protected sessions, audit events, and encrypted connections. Plans start at $149 a month, with a 30-day trial and $499 onboarding fee.
