ReplySequence
ReplySequence turns meeting transcripts into sales follow-up email drafts and multi-step sequences. It uses conversation topics, action items, next steps, and a user’s writing style, while every follow-up requires review and approval before sending from the user’s inbox. Sequences can pause after a reply, bounce, or booked meeting. The product extracts next steps and deal signals, including MEDDIC-related risks and pipeline risk flags. Native transcript connections include Fireflies, Granola, and Fathom; other sources can arrive through Zapier, webhooks, pasted text, or API routes. HubSpot and Salesforce can receive CRM updates, and Google Sheets is an export destination. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 10 AI follow-ups per month, unlimited transcripts, due-dated next-step extraction, basic templates, and email support. The pricing page says new Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are paused; Team pricing requires contacting the maker. A 14-day trial is mentioned for paid plans, although current pricing says paid subscriptions are paused. Security details include AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and OAuth 2.0 integrations.
