In their own words
Clara
Clara is a web-based AI scheduling assistant that manages meeting arrangements through email. It reads email threads, proposes times, handles replies, and confirms meetings; if invitees do not respond, it follows up in the thread. For rescheduling, it finds another time, cancels the original invite, and sends an updated one. It also coordinates group meetings, tracks participant responses, and supports calls across time zones. Users can set scheduling windows, buffer times, meeting types, priority contacts, and communication preferences. Clara works natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange; its homepage also displays Zoom and Teams among associated tools. The maker says no human reads scheduling emails and that customer data is not used to train its models. Its privacy policy names OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google as AI providers that may receive email and calendar content to generate responses. The Free plan is free for 14 days and five meetings. Standard is $80 a month for 30 meetings; the free-plan limit stops further scheduling until upgrade.
Schedulera AI Scheduling Agent
Schedulera AI Scheduling Agent is a web-based scheduling service for trainers, teachers, solo professionals, and small teams. You can copy its agent into an email thread or message it directly. It proposes meeting times from calendar availability and books after participants agree. Scheduling conversations can run through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Slack. In email, the agent joins only when you Cc its alias, so participation is opt-in for each thread. Schedulera says its availability engine reads your real calendar to avoid double-booking. The AI plan adds chat, plain-English calendar commands, email summaries, reply drafts, and session recaps. Calendars can sync both ways with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar, with iCal feeds also listed. Integrations include Google, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Zapier. A free plan is available; AI costs $9.95 a month and Company costs $19.95 a month. The service has no free trial and mobile apps are coming soon.
