In their own words
Clara
Clara is a web-based AI scheduling assistant that manages meeting arrangements through email. It reads email threads, proposes times, handles replies, and confirms meetings; if invitees do not respond, it follows up in the thread. For rescheduling, it finds another time, cancels the original invite, and sends an updated one. It also coordinates group meetings, tracks participant responses, and supports calls across time zones. Users can set scheduling windows, buffer times, meeting types, priority contacts, and communication preferences. Clara works natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook and Exchange; its homepage also displays Zoom and Teams among associated tools. The maker says no human reads scheduling emails and that customer data is not used to train its models. Its privacy policy names OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google as AI providers that may receive email and calendar content to generate responses. The Free plan is free for 14 days and five meetings. Standard is $80 a month for 30 meetings; the free-plan limit stops further scheduling until upgrade.
Toki
Toki is an AI schedule agent that turns inputs into planned calendar activity. It can convert voice notes, text messages, screenshots, and forwarded emails into calendar events. Booking links show real availability, create events, and send reminders, while Toki can contact meeting attendees to coordinate a time. Reminder options include push notifications, iOS alarms, and CallMe escalation. Daily and weekly insights cover upcoming plans and how time is spent. Toki says it supports Google Calendar, iCloud, Outlook, Apple Watch, and Siri, and is listed for Android, iOS, Linux, macOS, web, and Windows. The free plan costs nothing and supports up to three calendars with an AI scheduling assistant and a basic quota for low-frequency demand. Paid plans support up to five calendars and add personal preference memory, smart scheduling, and conflict resolution. Their listed prices are $3.99 a month and $9.99 a month; yearly billing options are shown as $6.65 a month and $16.65 a month, respectively. Both paid plans include a seven-day free trial. Toki says personal data is stored and processed on servers in Virginia, United States, and is not used for AI training.
