Coaching features include playbooks, battlecards, and Gametapes for guidance, consistent calls, and onboarding. Conversation tools include automatic summaries, a call library, call scorecards, and Deal Central. Clari lists integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zapier, and other CRM, calendar, dialer, conferencing, and productivity tools. The product runs on the web and through an API. API authentication uses an API key and password, with default limits of 10 requests per second and 100,000 requests per week. Pricing is on request, with no free plan.
