Claritar
Claritar is web-based brand voice software for agencies. It evaluates drafts against saved client voices, identifies off-brand content, and supplies rewrites. Users provide 5–10 on-brand pieces; Claritar infers tone, rules, banned words, and keywords from them. Each draft receives a 0–100 score and an A–F grade, with separate breakdowns for voice, tone, banned words, and keywords. Tone controls cover formal or casual, serious or playful, and a target reading level. Teams can define preferred terms, acronyms, product names, punctuation preferences, banned words, and required keywords. Review features include score gates, approve-or-return flows, writer scorecards, and an approval audit trail. Claritar can crawl a sitemap, score pages against a saved voice, rank pages that diverge, and export one audit report. It supports multiple languages, PDF reports, shareable links, and Agency-plan white-labeling. Content is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped to team members, and drafts are used only for scoring and rewriting.
