Class Manager
Class Manager provides class-management software for dance studios and other businesses that run classes. Businesses can clone classes, organize seasons and customize schedules with images and color codes. Parents and students can use a self-service portal to see schedules, book classes and pay. Attendance tracking is digital, and billing supports recurring charges and automated overdue-payment reminders. Listed payment options include Stripe AutoPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Staff roles and permissions let businesses control which features team members can access. The service is available on the web, Android and iOS, with mobile app views for owners, staff and families. Some advanced admin work, including detailed reporting and class creation, requires the web version. A Zapier integration has triggers for customer, student, invoice, order, lead, booking and payment events. The Free plan is free, with no monthly subscription; online payments carry a flat service charge, and tailored pricing is available for high volumes.
DANZ
DANZ is a platform for dance schools to manage schedules, bookings, attendance, passes, events, payments, communication and reporting. Schools can set recurring classes by studio, teacher, level and style; students book through web or mobile and can join waitlists that advance automatically when a space opens. QR check-in marks attendance and deducts class credit, with a 30-second window to reverse a scan. Schools can sell 5-, 10- and 20-class cards or unlimited passes, including pause and family-sharing options. Event tools cover online ticketing, emailed QR tickets and door scanning. Payroll supports automatic calculations, substitutes, custom rates and PDF payslips; dashboards show fill rates, at-risk students, geography and teacher performance. Schedule sync is available for Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. The service provides role-specific apps and browser access to each school’s dedicated site. DANZ says it uses encrypted data, EU hosting and an audit log, and that customers can export their data. DANZ Solo costs €49/month, excluding VAT; there is no free plan or trial.
